Mr. Pawlyshyn has 20+ years of experience as a transformational leader. Mr Pawlyshyn has been president of Xceed Business Services, LLC for 10 years. Xceed is a financial services risk management consulting firm that has collaborated with many of the nation’s largest banks & financial institutions. Prior to founding Xceed, Mr. Pawlyshyn was the Risk Officer on over a 100-billion-dollar residential mortgage portfolio at Ally bank and its predecessors.
At the core of all these experiences is the explicit goal to improve the financial prospects of the value chain, by reducing risk, increasing efficiency and capitalizing on opportunity. Critical to this approach, is the constant question, how can we do things better? Consistently challenging status quo but accepting it when it is the best practice. Mr. Pawlyshyn is a outspoken advocate of translating data into information to power informed decisioning. It is this thinking and approach that has led to industry transformative thinking & the formation of WORKsimpl.
Mr. Hill has 16+ years of leadership experience in debt servicing. Most recently Ken was the Founder of SentryLoan Solutions and previously was the Director of Servicing & Head of Special Situations for LendingHome. Prior to that, he VP of Investor Management at Rushmore Loan Management Services and before RLMS, Mr. Hill served as VP of Portfolio Management and VP of Transaction Management at Nationstar Mortgage Holdings. During Ken’s career, he’s directed multiple onsite audits from Private Investors, Endowments, CFPB, State Attorney Generals, FDIC, FHLMC, FNMA, GNMA, FHA, HUD, the OCC, and a host of other 3rd party auditors.
Mr. Hill was successful in the development, integration and improvement of servicing structures for multiple organizations. He improved key aspects of Portfolio Management, Default Servicing, Specialty Servicing, Asset Management, Client Relations, and Investor Management. His successful leadership has organically grown into additional responsibilities over his career; starting as a collections specialist, growing into a host of different servicing positions and ultimately into a leading executive. This gives Ken a unique vantage point within the industry.
